What a stunning and ideal location right in the town centre which means all shops are walking distance from pharmacy to cafe! The staff was excellent co-operating and the breakfast was excellent. Good-sized and newly renovated rooms, exceptional view over the mountain.

Convenient location right next to the town center, Schmittenhöhe mountain, and bus stop 🚌. the staff here are super friendly and get things done efficiently. Everything here is really nice and enjoyable.

The room was wonderful, fresh and had the nicest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel. Everything was new and clean. Had a nice little balcony with a view to the mountain. Breakfast was good and the personel very kind, helpful and loveable.
It would have been nice if it had a double bed instead of two beds next to one another. There was no fridge or kettle.

Large room and balcony. One of the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was also large plus modern and stylish and spotlessly clean. Public areas also very clean. Food was simple but tasty and plenty of it and service was friendly and quick. Free internet was an unexpected bonus. Overall excellent value.
At weekend noise levels from a bar/disco across the street increased - we had to shut window meaning room got quite warm. Fan in room would have been useful at these times. Lounge area was disappointing and games room in basement was dull and did not tempt my 14 year old son at all.

Everything was excellent, my next choice again in Zell am See. the guest room was newly decorated and spotlessly clean with a huge bathroom, providing guests with essentials. - the location was marvelous, not very far from Zell am See-Kaprun. - In the tourist area, the hotel offered reasonable prices.

the area has mutch muslim and not so mutch austria peaple ,,,so we felt strange walking in zell am see.......but the hotel place is central and personal friendly

The rooms have huge bathrooms. the staff are outstandingly accommodating and pleasant. - Great and perfect location just off the center of Zell, close to the City express. - Efficient check-in process. - Very close to a well-stocked supermarket.

Very clean rooms, new carpets and new furniture. Room are also spacious enough for a family with a kid.
